• Sensitive issues regarding Race, Religion, or Royalty (3R).
• Pornographic or sexually explicit content (18+).
• False allegations or malicious rumors intended to harm reputations.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content but grant NiMEPConfess a license to display and distribute it on our Telegram channel.

5. Privacy & Data

User IDs are logged for security. Data may be disclosed to authorities if required by law to investigate cybercrimes or defamation.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the Administrator from any legal fees or damages arising from your content or breach of these terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to ban or restrict access for users who violate these community guidelines without prior notice.
